Welcome 2021 Camp Families!

We are so happy to have you with us this summer and we can't wait to start making music together again.

This site contains the required camp forms that will help us give you the best camp experience possible.  

Many of these are legal forms which must be filled out and electronically signed by a parent or guardian.  It usually work best if parents and campers fill these out together.

If you are not registered yet, or if you are on a wait list,  do not fill out these forms.  These forms are for registered campers only.

LOGGING IN:

THIS SITE IS NOT CONNECTED TO YOUR CAMP REGISTRATION, so the email and password you created when you registered will not work here.

• If this is the first year that you have attended our camps, then you will need to CREATE AN ACCOUNT.    
• If you attended camp in a previous year, or if you have a SM Apply account from another use, then it is likely that you already have a log in for this site.  If you think you have an account but can not log in, then please contact us at 850-644-9934 so that we may assist you.
